During all these years I worked with hundreds of local, regional or international teams, as a member, leader, facilitator or consultant. The consulting interventions were mainly in the areas of leadership styles, building trust, aligning on vision, mission, values and strategy, understanding multi-cultural approaches to team effectiveness, organizational transformation and so on.
In recent years I worked for entrepreneurial and corporate teams of clients like Amber Studio, Bosch, Counsel Group Frankfurt, Deutsche Bank Technology, eMAG, FintechOS, Impetum Group, Kaufland, Morphoza, Pfizer, Romcim, Secom, Synevo, Vodafone etc.
In 2005 I was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow in USA, alongside other 25 fellows from different countries, to be part of the 3-months Multi Nation Program of Eisenhower Fellowships.
I am an Adjunct Lecturer in the Executive MBA Program of Maastricht School of Management (MSM), teaching a leadership course for MSM Romania since 2013. In 2017 and 2018 I taught the “Corporate Responsibility & Ethics” course for MSM Azerbaijan, Iran and China.
Since 2016 I am co-founder, dean and team coach at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest, the first university of its kind in South-Eastern Europe, a partnership with Team Academy – University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam.
I bring to the leadership and team development field a strong business experience in management positions of almost 20 years, alongside an intense team coaching practice in the entrepreneurial environment.
As the manager of the Consumer & Retail division of the largest research company in our country, GfK Romania, I managed multiple teams over the years, with 40 people at times, from the operational field to research and sales. The teams I led generated annual sales of more than 3 million Euro, creating value for clients like P&G, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Albalact, Pepsi, Unilever, Friesland Campina, Danone, Heineken, Ursus, and others.
I have enlarged my perspectives on business and teaming, by being part of international teams.
In 2010 I was selected together with other 13 managers around the globe to form the Global GfK Excellence Team, with whom I worked for a year on the group’s digital transformation strategy.
A few years later, I was part of the GfK Regional Business Development Team in Central and Eastern Europe, together with whom I designed and executed the regional growth strategy.
Intense work with diverse people with great ambitions progressively led me to develop my coaching skills, which I put into practice over the past years.
Since 2019 I am a certified coach of the International Coaching Federation and have passionately worked with leaders who want to make sustainable transformations in their lives.
Teams have always been essential to my work philosophy and practice, so starting with 2019 I am a Team Coach at The Entrepreneurship Academy, an international accredited business university with a BBA program in entrepreneurship. Beginning with 2021, I’m honored to coordinate the team of team coaches, as Head Coach, to maximize the learning experience of our students.
I am certified in some of the most solid and globally recognized team approaches, and I want to contribute with the highest possible impact to the development of teams and team leaders in Romania.
