Our program is structured into four distinct modules, each addressing pivotal themes that are essential and mutually reinforcing.
The modules are designed to be undertaken independently and are tailored to the specific needs of the leader and his/her team. They consist of in-person working sessions, with an interactive and practical format.

As complexity emerges with individuals being driven by different motivational factors and teams exhibiting significant variations depending on their collaborative tasks and broader operational contexts, our approach, firmly rooted in science and practical experience, provides a reliable framework for designing great teams.

Module 2: Systemic Leadership
Every leader leads his or her team from a set of conscious and unconscious beliefs. In this workshop, we will explore both, distinguish between the ones that are helpful and the ones that are not, and fine-tune the former to maximize their impact on the team’s growth and performance.
Our leadership practices must deliver results in the system we work in. But there is never a single system at play. The way we understand how different systems act and interact allows us to make better and better decisions every day.

Module 3: Dynamics
Within a proper structure of a team (Module 1) team dynamics play the highest role in the making or breaking of the team’s intended results. There is the movement of the team as a whole on the axis of development, change, reset, transition or transformation. Understanding the differences correctly allows a leader to steer the right dynamic for the intended outcome.
At the same time, there are patterns of interactions between team members that kick in every day in ways that are sometimes helpful and sometimes not. They can consume tremendous amounts of energy in the team, leaving intelligent, well-intended and skilled individuals exhausted and frustrated at the end of a hard-working day.

We came together in service of teams because too often we met great people who struggled to fulfil their true potential in their roles, both as a leader or as a member of a leadership team.
