The Leading High-Performing Teams Program is an open program for leaders of complex teams. The intense, two-day program, rooted in science and practical experience, will guide you on how to achieve business results while developing a high-performing team by learning:
How to build a better structure for high-performance in the team
How to better motivate people for high-performance
How to build more trust among team members
In business, the hardest part is building a high-performing team. It has always been like that, but in 2024, things will be even tougher. The looming economic crisis will require us to be at our best. When it comes to leaders, it will call for the best versions of their teams.
The higher you climb the hierarchy, the harder it gets. Studies show that only 21% of the leadership teams are performing well*, and the more we avoid handling this situation, the harder it gets.
Our aim is to enable participants in the program to professionalize even more the way they build and lead their teams by giving them the tools, knowledge and practices required to deliver sustainable high-performing results.
This program is structured into 4 half-day sessions.
As part of our approach, we will bring our structured input, but will also actively engage participants in working on their interests, challenges and specific situations from their teams and organizations.
